How this works in Dreamline

See how the score was made

The current calculation uses the same reference ranges for everyone: HRV from 20–100 ms, an eight-hour sleep target, and resting heart rate from 50–80 bpm. The weights are 40%, 40%, and 20%.

•Read the score and its input coverage in Rhythm
•Open the breakdown for the contributing values
•Compare your saved history over time
•Pair the reading with how you feel

Read with context

Read it in context

This wellness score is not a clinical assessment and is not normalized to your personal baseline. A change cannot identify its cause.

•Missing readings reduce the available context
•Measurement conditions can affect a reading
•A score does not explain a dream
•Persistent symptoms deserve professional advice

Why it matters

A useful prompt for the morning

A score can help you pause and consider what the day asks of you. Your own experience remains part of that decision.

Clear inputs

The breakdown shows what contributed and what was missing.
