Body Readiness
See what went into the score.
Body Readiness brings sleep duration, HRV, and resting heart rate into one view. Open the breakdown to see how those readings contributed.
Your recent records give the number context. A score can be useful alongside how you feel and what you remember about the night.
Trends
Return to the nights behind a trend.
A difficult night can stand out before you know whether it is part of a pattern. Compare it with the surrounding nights and the context you recorded.
The entries remain available for another look as you add more history.
Sentinel
Sentinel adds Apple Watch support for rough nights.
Sentinel monitors selected signals on Apple Watch. When its thresholds are met, it can offer graded haptic cues and save an event for morning review.
Open Rhythm the next morning to review saved events beside your sleep context. A night with no saved events does not confirm that monitoring covered the whole night.
Sentinel is a wellness feature, not a medical device.
