Pattern Profile, Current Pattern, and observed sleep timing

Pattern Profile offers a lens for reflection. Current Pattern describes what feels present today. Sleep timing is best understood through your own records.

Pattern Profile is a starting point

Pattern Profile summarizes preferences across a few dimensions. It can give you language for tendencies you may recognize, then help you check those ideas against your own experience. It is a prompt for reflection, not a full account of who you are.

Bring it back to real moments. Where did the description fit? Where did it miss? Your choices, relationships, and changing circumstances matter more than a label.

Current Pattern brings today into view

Current Pattern is a day-specific view. Sleep, workload, health, relationships, and plans can all shape how a day feels. The label describes a current snapshot; it does not explain the cause of that state.

Ask what feels different today and what might be contributing. A check-in can help you name what is present, while your own notes add the context around it.

Read sleep timing from your own nights

Sleep timing is an observation: when you went to bed, when you woke, and how those times varied. A run of personal notes can help you see whether a routine is steady or shifting.

Those records describe your nights. They do not establish an ideal schedule or predict how you will feel. Keep timing separate from the questions raised by Pattern Profile or Current Pattern.
